Being in online classes makes me more aware of how we learn something new everyday. Tonight I learned that there are many people out there that still believe that "fat free" means "calorie free" This just truly amazes me. I thought with all the talk of obesity and what is good for us and what is bad for us, we would know by now that "fat free" just means no fat, not that there are no calories in what we are eating. Are we all just eating ice cubes, and drinking water? Clearly to me this is just people trying to make excuses for eating whatever they want, whenever they want.
I have to watch what I eat, and exercise. Why do people think that these things are not important? Really.
