Happy Birthday!

Yesterday was Mattea’s 12th Birthday! Happy Birthday Mattea! I hope that the day was all that you wanted it to be.

Unfortunately Mattea was not here to celebrate her birthday, because she was at her mother’s for the weekend, so we celebrated today! Since she loves chocolate and she really loves chocolate fudge, I made her a HUGE glass pan of chocolate fudge. She was very excited about her pan of fudge, and I also gave her a very large piece (which I never do). This was the first attempt at making fudge so I hope it was okay.

Anyways, Happy Birthday Kiddo, I love you!!
