I did it!


This is for my husband, and you should all know too. Jeff and I have been working out together for almost 10 days now. Tonight I got home from work, brought Zack right to soccer, then came home, and Jeff was getting ready for bed, but said he wanted to work out, but sleep was more important. I said that I would after I got back from dropping off Tay.

Later I called home to see what the kids were doing, and Zack said Jeff is working out. My thought was shit now I have to as well.

When I got home, and grabbed his computer, there was a word doc that said:

Jeff worked is ass off today.

So baby this is for you:

Not only did I work my ass off, but since day one I have lost 4lbs. No I know that is not a lot, but I do not need to loose a lot, just want to be toned.

Kel Worked her ass off too!

  1. Ok not that working out isn't great, I seriously need to start but just have had no energy, anyways I was just wondering do you actually have 4 pounds to lose??????? I am thinking not but ok, good job, inmy mind I am saying you suck though) :) If you want a good toning video Jillian Micheals 30 day shred really tones you up and shapes your muscles.
