I got my ass out of bed at 4:15am to workout! Why? I had a lot going on today, and was not going to be able to workout until 9pm. Will I do it again, or just wait until 9pm?
HELL YES I will wait until 9pm. Mostly because I am still awake at 11:30pm, and tired as all heck, and because, Really who the hell wants to work out at 4:30 (I had to have coffee first) in the morning, and then go to work, and run around all day after work?
