Summer Is Almost Here

After a beautiful day, I just wanted to tell everyone how much I love summer weather. This is such a great time of year, flowers are blooming. I came home form work today and went outside to play with the kids, then I grilled up some burgers, while drinking a Summer Ale. Now if only my allergies were not so bad. I love lilacs, but unfortunately we had to get rid of our lilac tree last summer, because when in bloom, we were unable to open the windows, I would get so sick if I smelt them. Now I just take the long way home and look at all the others around town. After getting my gardens all done this past weekend, I planted a blue Iris, and it bloomed a gorgeous flower today!
I also love all the farm stands around in the summer. Fresh fruit and veggies! Yum Yum.
